In 2010, Pakistan Post issued stamps on some ten occasions, starting the year with the province of Balochistan.

On 12th Jan 2010, A Rs. 8.00 denomination stamp was issued on the occasion showing the strategically placed deep sea water Gawadar Port on the Arabia Sea.
11th Jan 2010: 7th National Finance Commission Award -the stamps depicts The Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto with Chief Ministers & Cabinet Members. A FDC was also issued on the day:

Pakistan has been long drawn into a battle against the terrorists and miscreants, specially targeting the North Western Province of Pakistan. The people of the area suffered both in terms of human and material losses but stood like a rock to fight back the militancy and supported the armed forces of the country to root out the evil of terrorism from their soil.
A special award called " Hilal-i-Iessar" or the Crescent of Sacrifice was awarded in 2009 to cities of Nowshehra, Peshawar, Swabi, Mardan and Charsdda - which were worst hit by the menace of terrorism.

This set of five stamps was issued on 22nd Feb 2010, which bore the name of these cities and the flag of Pakistan inscribed with the words: Hilal-i-Iessar.
It may be added that the award took a cue from the award of Hilal-e-Istaqlal awarded to three cities of Pakistan; Lahore, Sargodha and Sialkot for their resilience to bear the brunt of Indian attack on Pakistan during 1965 Indo-Pak war. On the eve of 150th Anniversary of the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OICCI) 1860-2010, a commemorative stamp showing the Chamber Building & Insignia was issued on 7th April, 2010

National Philatelic Exhibition, Pakistan 2010 (Child Art Series) was held on 5th November, 2010 and a set of two stamps was issued showing Child Painting of Miss Ilma Tariq & “Pakistan 2010 Philatelic Exhibition of Stamps Labels.
On 14th August ,2010,a commemorative stamp showing the Olympic and Games Insignia & Players Playing Game was issued by Pakistan Post.
7th October,2010: Lawrence College, Ghora Gali, Murree is a prestigious educational institution of the country. A stamp of Rs. 5.00 value was issued on the eve of 150th Founder’s Day Celebration.
15th December, 2010: Silver Jubilee of International Islamic University Islamabad. An fdc was also issued on the day:
